Do you offer a free consultation?▼
Every treatment at Chez Nicole begins with a personal skin consultation at no extra charge. Nicole will assess your skin and recommend the ideal treatment before anything begins.
How far in advance should I book?▼
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend appointments. Last-minute availability is sometimes available — send an enquiry and we'll do our best.
What should I do to prepare for my facial?▼
Arrive with clean skin if possible (no heavy makeup). Avoid using retinol or exfoliants 48 hours before advanced treatments. Nicole will provide specific pre-treatment instructions when you book.
Do you sell the products used in treatments?▼
Chez Nicole uses exclusively professional-grade, spa-only product brands. These will not be found in any retail store and only on very specific spa platforms online. At Chez Nicole, retail products from the brands we work with — including Maria Galland, Fusion Meso, and Euforia — are available to purchase, to continue your optimum results at home.
